Shipping Origin & Courier

  • Fulfillment Origin: Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands.
  • UK Delivery: Parcels are transported cross-border and handed over to Royal Mail for final-mile delivery within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday–Saturday
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Courier Service: Royal Mail (final-mile delivery in the UK)

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on Lornbridge are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes (including VAT).

For UK customers, orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands. Since we handle all cross-border formalities, you will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can monitor progress anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
  • We’ll liaise with our courier partners to locate your parcel.
  • If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Changing Your Delivery Address

  • To update your shipping address, email support@lornbridge.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time.
  • We will do our best to make changes before dispatch.

If You’re Not at Home

If no one is available to receive your order:

  • Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local collection point.
  • You will receive instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Refusing Delivery

If a delivery is refused:

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
