At Lornbridge, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Our customer support team is available to guide you through the return process.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, return shipping is free, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Change of Mind:
    If you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size, colour, or style, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping Fees:
    Any original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email support@lornbridge.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Repack:
    Securely place the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  3. Ship:
    Follow the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Approved refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, colour, or product, please complete a return and place a new order separately.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as undergarments, unless unopened and unused

Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on their product pages.
