Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are carefully processed within 24 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Address Changes

Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed as fulfilment may already be in progress.


Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time via our Track Order page using your order number and email address or tracking code.

It is normal for tracking to show “Information received” until the carrier scans the parcel.


Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Shipping Area

We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on location and customs processing.


Missed Delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection at a local access point.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging
