Returns

At Lornbridge, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
The item must show no signs of use or damage

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

The item is defective
The wrong item was delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested only after your order has been delivered.

A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Once approved, you will have an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

All returns must be sent to the original fulfillment location, which may be located outside United Kingdom (supplier facility in China).

Return shipping costs, including international courier fees, customs duties, and any related charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Trying on an item for fit is permitted; wearing beyond fitting purposes is not.

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not permitted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items showing signs of wear or use
Items without original packaging or tags
Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again
Contact your payment provider

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
