Shipping Coverage
This policy applies to shipments sent to customers located in the United Kingdom.
Shipping Origin & Courier
- Fulfillment Origin: All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment partner in the Netherlands.
- UK Delivery: Parcels are transported cross-border and handed over to Royal Mail for final-mile delivery within the UK.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) from order confirmation.
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Estimated Total Delivery: 6–9 business days in total.
- Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM GMT, Monday–Saturday.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Carrier Partners
We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. For UK deliveries, Royal Mail handles the final-mile delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available for all UK orders with no minimum purchase required.
- Paid Shipping: Not applicable for UK customers as standard delivery is free.
Taxes & Duties
- All prices displayed on Lornbridge include VAT and applicable taxes.
- Orders shipped from the Netherlands to the UK are fully handled by us, so you will not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can monitor your package at any time through our Track Your Order page.
Missing or Lost Packages
- If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
- We will liaise with our courier partners to locate your parcel.
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Changing Your Delivery Address

To update your shipping address, email support@lornbridge.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time.

We will do our best to update your order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing.
If You’re Not at Home
- If no one is available to receive your order, Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local collection point.
- You will receive instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
Refusing Delivery

If a delivery is refused, return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, there may be unavoidable delays due to:
- High demand during peak seasons or sales events
- Public holidays or national holidays in the UK or Netherlands
- Weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events

Order Cancellations
- Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the daily cut-off time (4:00 PM GMT, Monday–Saturday).
- To cancel an order, please email support@lornbridge.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to return the item once received.
